I was thinking wxWindow, too. But I always am thinking about
wxWindow, since I'm very curious about it. :^)

Now, Torsten, are you suggesting that you know how to code FLTK?
Because I think, esp. if it's portable to Mac OS X and BeOS, that it might
be a good solution for Tux Paint Config, which I think is actually needed
even more than a translated installer!

I'd like to release one at SOME point in 2004, so if we can start
talking about it, that'd be awesome.

It'll obviously need to be easy to extend (say with text config files
for me to edit!), since I keep adding more "--options" to Tux Paint :^)

My idea of an SDL-based one probably won't come alive, since it'll be so
hard to extend. It also seems reasonable to have a 'normal' interface
in the config program (e.g., make it look more like other Windows, Linux,
BeOS and Mac apps.)

A nice looking interface like that would be good. I don't think we need
to worry about an 'updater' _too_ much. Config editor and installer, tho!!!
