The current installation order for the Tuxpaint Makefile is:

binaries, data, man, doc, gnome, KDE, KDE-icons, icon,
   gettext, importscript, default-config, example-stamps.

Would it be possible to change it to:

binaries, data, man, doc, gettext, importscript, default-config,
   example-stamps, icon, gnome, KDE, KDE-icons

to accomodate systems without access to gnome or KDE directories?
Installation to my home directory is crapping out at gnome and KDE
installations, and it's not letting the rest of the Makefile to run, so I
don't get the gettext or example stamps unless I tweak the Makefile.
