Hi Andre!  Unfortunately, I don't know off-hand.  (I should really crack open
my work laptop's Visual Studio and play some day.)  I was hoping
John Popplewell would see your note, and give you a response.

In the meantime, I'm guessing this is a question best asked in the SDL
community (either on the "#sdl" IRC channel on irc.freenode.net, or
on the SDL mailing lists over at libsdl.org, or the lists via the Usenet
newsgroup<->email gateway).
