I've just added a "--nosave" option (with corresponding "nosave=yes"
in the config file) to completely disable Tux Paint's ability to save.

It should disables the "Save" button, the Control-S shortcut, and won't
prompt for saving on Quit or Open...

"--save" command-line option and "nosave=no"/"save=yes" config options
are available to override any previous setting, of course
(e.g., ".tuxpaintrc" or command-line can override
"/etc/tuxpaint/tuxpaint.conf")

It's kind of a bizarre option, but was requested by a school, and I usually
take those pretty seriously. ;)

Jan - can we add this option to "tuxpaint-config" under the "Saving" tab?

Need me to come up with some wording? (You can check CVS's manpage and
README.html for what I came up with so far...)

Thx!
