Well, the behavior of LANGUAGE is library-dependent, so we can't just set
LANGUAGE.  We have to set something more than just LANGUAGE.  I say just
set them all to be on the safe side.  That way, even if the Gettext
library is confused as much as we are, it'll still work. =P
