OK, I missed this. The win32 version now ships them (like the Tux stamp 
images) in the data directory. Filled in the missing code for the image 
browser.

Also, I noticed that the icon in the left corner of the titlebar, in windowed 
mode, was missing. So I've made a small change so that it uses 
'icon32x32.png' instead of the missing file it was trying to use before.
