Max Horn (who I found via the SDL mailing lists and #sdl channel) has
put together a quick-and-dirty build of Tux Paint 0.9.14 (from CVS as
of about an hour ago) for Mac OS X (10.3; he's not sure if it'll work w/ 10.2)

  TuxPaint.app.tar.gz

Stored in:

  ftp://ftp.sonic.net/pub/users/nbs/unix/x/tuxpaint/testbuilds/

I'm thinking of having him include all of the locale fonts
(i.e., Greek, Hebrew, etc.) in the package, so that we don't need to
worry about font-installers.

(John, if it's trouble to do NSI installers for the fonts for Win32,
I'm happy with us doing the same on that platform, too.)

He hasn't taken a stab at the FLTK-based "Tux Paint Config" yet, as
he's in Germany and it's bedtime there right now. ;^)

(If any other OSX folks are interested in trying it, please check it out
from the 'tuxpaint-config' module in CVS.) In the end, as with John's Win32
build of Tux Paint 0.9.14, I'd like Tux Paint Config to be bundled with the
OSX version, if possible. (If not, no biggie... I honestly don't know
how OSX apps are handled. :^/ )

Thx!!! And thanks to Max! (I've encouraged him to sign up for the -dev list,
which he might do tomorrow)

I'm off to the Apple Store near me later today to test it out! :)
