No, I took the ones from the public download page at
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/tuxpaint/tuxpaint-0.9.13-1.rh9.i386.rpm?download
I tried to build it from source initially, but got swamped with too much 
dependencies.

Although I'm not a harcore hacker, I'll try to figure out if 'strace' and c.s.  
does turn up something.
