Yikes!  Quitting Tux Paint should unlock the lock file right away.
There's supposed to be a time-delay on the lock file but quitting Tux
Paint should remove the lock immediately.  I guess in our original
implementation discussion we didn't specify that.  Something to fix for
the next release?  Or is this important enough to be fixed and re-release
made right away?
