Here is the problem in more detail.

I installed the software on a 2003 server in terminal server mode.
Actually two separate servers. New Dell rack mount PE's with 4 gigs of
ram and Dual processors running a raid mirror.

It runs fine except for two things actually. The experience is the same
on both servers.

1) In full screen mode, the mouse pointer jumps around and it isn't
useable. I have to keep it windowed with the windowed icon.

2) More importantly, when exiting the application once you tell it "yes"
to exit and "No" to save. The save window goes away and it just sits in
the application. You can't use it, it just freezes. Once you try and
close the app with the X in the right hand corner, You get an explorer
error "hungapp" send error report to Microsoft.

The only thing I didn't do was install the program with the install
feature of TS which I will try tomorrow. Just to be more politically
correct with Microsoft's suggested way of installing applications. I
doubt it will solve anything.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Patrick

Actually, the original submitter mentioned that it hanged, not crashed.
But now that you mention it, yeah, these could be unrelated. I'm
obviously
pretty tired. :^/

I'm still waiting to hear back with more details from the original
poster, but in the meantime, I've added Stu's problem to the Bug tracker
at SourceForge.

Ugh, tired. Sorry ;)
