Since Friday, Green Bay, Austin, Buffalo, Columbus, Dayton, Ft. Wayne, Indianapolis, Mobile, Springfield, MA, Terre Haute and Toledo Time Warner/Brighthouse subscribers are not getting a total of 15 local stations (most of them Big 4 affils) owned by LIN Broadcasting as the station owner pushes for cash payments for retransmission and Dish Network gives away MasterCards to new subscribers in the affected markets and gets an uptick in calls (I would suspect DirecTV's signups in the markets have gone up, as well):
