An administration transition team doesn't draw public or news attention like an election campaign does. As a president doesn't have to name a cabinet until January, there aren't a lot of press releases coming out. Political material will have to concentrate on the outgoing administration and while there might be some material there, it just won't have the intensity or interest of the campaign.
