WNEP/16, which RCN still supposedly gets from a translator atop the mountain overlooking Allentown that, Wiki said, would not actually flip digital until the big day in February, for two weeks now has been showing the HD picture on the SD channel, cut off rather than L-boxed... I can't get an answer from cabler or station... happily WPVI/6's picture is not too bad, and all we tape there is 'Grey's'...
