Someone close to me doesn't believe in joining online sites (ahnd yoo KNOW whoo yoo ahre!) to rent movies. They don't even trust Blockbuster. Please help me explain to this person why it is important to know not only a movie's title, but also its year of release, star and director when dealing with mom-and-pop rental businesses.
