The other day I recorded Law & Order SVU on a relatively new tape on Dad's VCR (which is fairly old), but the audio was from something taped before (Mom recognized it as Saving Grace), and the picture looked streaky. I can't do it on my recorder, because Without a Trace, which they also watch, is on at the same time. Time to retire the VCR?
