My DVR has a smallish capacity (about 20 hours, if you record all HD,) so things don't get to stick around for more than a month or two. I went on a deleting spree over Thanksgiving when I realized that I had viewed anything I had any immediate interest in watching, but 70% of the drive was taken up by a weeks-long backlog of serialized comedy-dramas. It was surprisingly painful.
