A guy in Australia had, on his computer, a parody of The Simpsons where TVs animated yellow family has sex. He is brought up on charges because, among the characters engaged in the sinful deeds are children, hence the video is child pornography. The judge ruled that "the mere fact that they were not realistic representations of human beings did not mean that they could not be considered people." In other words, the judge believes Bart and Lisa are alive.
