I'm no fan of the franchise and couldn't care less whether or not it airs.
And the judges' resumes are public record, so you can describe them as hacks
if you want to.  But what, precisely, is your evidence that the singers are
"morally lacking?"  Bad apples there will always be, but unless I missed
some important cultural happening, calling them all "morally lacking" is as
much a stretch as me calling out people on this listserv for occasional
comments that objectify women without the benefit of a "get to know you"
session over a Guinness.
