Then you've got situations like the one where the nincompoops that control 4 out of the 6 total signals in my DMA are running PSAs ad nauseum touting the converter box "as your TV's best friend!" while of course mentioning that you can get "two free $40 coupons towards the cost of the converter box from the government". I hope a few people take them up on the 'comments may be sent to...' invite.
