There was a guest on Air America yesterday who was talking to the host (Thom Hartmann, I believe) but it could have been that Lionel guy, and she was saying that 4 million people are expected. And yes, it will be freezing cold. She recommended doing the research to find out what you can and can't bring -- I remember her saying something about "no strollers." She said to bring your own toilet paper, bring juice boxes, and prepare to walk something like 40 city blocks in the frigid cold. Then again, HBO is broadcasting the inauraguration and all of the festivities (for several days leading up to it), I think, for free.
