8 p.m.
Lance Henriksen enters the new millennium on "NCIS" (CBS) as the creepy
guy. Not specific enough? The creepy sheriff in the desert who hates
a-workin' with the feds.

No, the Republican response isn't running before the speech. "Nova's"
"RAT ATTACK" (PBS) is all about the slumrat millionaires.

9 p.m.
Kathy Griffin guests as the wedding planer at Marco and Keith's wedding
on the season finale on "PRIVILEGED" (CW).

"PRESIDENTIAL ADDRESS TO THE JOINT SESSION OF CONGRESS"
(A/NBCBSFox Roadblock)

Meanwhile "TEN TRILLION AND COUNTING" (PBS) looks at the national debt,
which now under Obama is going to include military spending. Let's hope
they don't use this 'Frontline" during pledge break.

And speaking of monetary amounts that involve a whole buncha zeros: "THE
REAL HOUSEWIVES CONFESS: A WATCH WHAT HAPPENS SPECIAL" (Bravo).

"BLACK TO THE FUTURE" (VH1) gives David Alan Grier another chance to
embarrass himself with his Maya Angelou impression in a salute to "Great
African American Achievements in Pop Culture." From apparently, Sammy
Davis, Jr. to Medea.

"SHATNER'S RAW NERVE" (Bio) ogles Jenna Jameson for an hour.

Poetry and beer are slammed in the combined "Independent Lens" special
"THE ORDER OF MYTHS & BI-RACIAL HAIR" (PBS) featuring Mardis Gras and
the Urban World NYC Teen Poetry Slam.

"THE WHITEST KIDS U KNOW" (IFC) salutes Obama.

Frank Miller meets Edgar Rice Burroughs during "DARK DAYS IN MONKEY
CITY" (Animal Planet).

"NIP/TUCK" (FX) fixes up an old client from Miami, whose dying hubby
wants her to be able to find a new sugar daddy once he's kicked the
crystal Tiffany Ice Bucket.

11 p.m.
"10 ITEMS OR LESS" (TBS) sell-abrates the store's sesquicentennial as
season three checks out.

TALK TALK
"The Daily Show" spends extra time with Ricky Gervais.
"The Colbert Report" welcomes Supreme Court researcher Cliff Sloan.
Jimmy K defends his goal against Don Rickles.

QUESTIONABLE ANSWERS

Snuggie™ is available? Burgundy, Royal Blue and Sage Green are the
Snuggie's trio of colors. Apricot and Castlerock are from the rival
Slanket's palette.
