A mortgage company exec is given undue interest by a kidnapper on "FLASHPOINT" (CBS). Echo is #1 with a bullet while protecting a pop singer in the "DOLLHOUSE" (Fox). 10 p.m. John Stossel's mustache reveals it is the father of Nadya Suleman's children on "20/20" (ABC). "AMERICAN LOGGERS" (Discovery) are lumberjacks and they're okay. TALK TALK * Bill Maher welcomes Alan Cumming, PJ O'Rourke, Gavin Newsom and George Stephanopoulos. Got (Harvey) Milk? * Tavis bags Jeffrey Sachs and T.C. Boyle. QUESTIONABLE ANSWERS Where are they this season on "Survivor," anyway?
