The last time veteran "presenter" Chris Tarrant hosted a UK game show, it was a little item called "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" Although the series continues on ITV, less the phenomenon and more a television fixture, Tarrant has just started for airing during "Millionaire"'s downtimes his first game show since the other one started, a high-tech "Deal or No Deal" clone (from the production house 12 Yard, headed by a guy whose main claim was working on the development team for "The Weakest Link" and noted as a production company for the Fox one-week bomb "The Rich List") called "The Colour of Money." Over the weekend, that show had its second episode on ITV's Saturday night lineup (as a lead-in for "Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway" game/variety show hybrid)--although a short-run dancing reality comp tie-in with the annual Comic Relief fund-raiser on BBC1 has been getting bigger numbers, "Money"'s ratings actually went up Saturday over the premiere and no doubt 12 Yard will be pitching U.S. networks pretty soon:
