The NY Observer that NBC is readying for its owned stations a nightly
"lifestyle" magazine show replacing the first hour of dinner-hour
local news blocks for as soon as this fall, produced by LX.TV, the
Internet video startup NBCU recently bought (whose output has mostly
been seen online and in dead hours on NBC-owned stations when they
couldn't sell infomercials):
