New Jersey state law limits any individual entity to withhold 5 percent of the tickets for any given event from public sale... for one night at E. Rutherford this year, The Boss based on my calculations held back about 7.7 percent... the govt. body that runs the arena would be blameless, it looks like they held back only about 4 and change pct...
