That is a quote from Matt Santos, announcing his candidacy for the democratic nomination for President. There were frequent observations last year of the similarities between the Santos campaign and the Obama campaign, and I have been watching a LOT of WW the last few days home flat on my back with a bad cold, so I guess I overestimated how recognizable the quote would be.
