It occurs to me that in late night, there's roughly a half-hour of
comedy and a half-hour of interviews per show, and a lot of that
comedy is far from stellar. Adding more comedy is unlikely to work,
and even if it succeeds at the same percentage as it did in late
night, it's going to be a problem in the more important prime time
arena.
