Good point - though I think what makes this news is that USA had originally reported (or at least, there were rumors) that they were going to bring back Burn Notice in January at the 9:00 hour and pair it with White Collar at 10:00. The idea here being that USA sees an opening at 10:00 and wants to use what it thinks are three strong shows to exploit it, rather than using two of the shows to prop each other up in a 9:00/10:00 pairing.
