My routine for watching Ferguson on Tivo (with 15-20 mins limited time) is: - check listing description for guests.... - FFWD, check for singing puppets or interesting audience walk-ons (stand-ons) during the cold-open. - maybe skim monolog. - FFWD thru all desk bits - watch guests that interest me, or watch music guest that interests me. Or I start it at the beginning while making dinner and let it roll through. Try to remember wash my hands before hitting the 30sec skip buttons for teh multitude of commercials. -- TV or Not TV ....
