Vimeo seems to be the winner, thanks. It uploaded a 15 minute
documentary I did back in college on near death experiences, and I
don't think the stuff my students will be producing will ever run much
longer than that, so that works. Vimeo allows for 500MB of free
uploads per week.

Presently, I'm working my own small music video featuring puppets
(mentioned in an earlier thread) which I should have done sometime in
February. And I'm also in the preproduction stages of a documentary on
organized religion that I'd like to have completed by the end of
spring, but realistically I think I'll need a few weeks of summer,
too.

Right now, I'm really looking to stretch myself creatively and
professionally. I would love to reenter the world of television
production full-time, but not in its present state, which means I'm
left developing ideas and implementing them via the internet.
