It's not a HUGE change - WNBC is just replacing "Early Today" (aka where NBC News personalities go to die) with another 1/2 hour of TiNY. It makes a certain amount of sense to go local there - plus I'm sure they're trying to get the jump on FOX5's Good Day Wakeup.
