The Wiki on Sky Angel (after stating that they've dumped the pie-dish and the service is now distributed through broadband IPTV, which is not FIOS, like Verizon's TV service or AT&T U-Vision) does not list subscriber figures. Since they're privately-held, they can get away with not releasing figures. Considering that most Jesus programs get hash marks, it probably is not as many as they would like people to think. -- TV or Not TV .... The Smartest (TV) People!
