I thought the show was pretty much a disaster from beginning to end.
Hayes wasn't a bad host, but the choices of presenters was bizarre,
plays were overlooked  (as usual) to present amateurish nonsense like
Ms. Michele auditioning (badly) for the "Funny Girl" revival, and
desperation for ratings gave us ten minutes of Green Day and a salute
to "Glee," because that's what Broadway is all about.

I won't even mention the nominated musicals, all of which were as dull
and derivative as could possibly be devised.

Ugh.
