Absolutely the nadir of the Connery films, although Sean may have thought of it as a parody that would kill the series and get the character out of his life for good. Instead, people seemed to like its attempt at broader comedic elements which then became an unfortunate, silly and pivotal part of subsequent Bond films until much later in the run.
