Per TiVo's scheduling guru, over on Tivocommunity.com, ABC told Tribune Media Services that it's the Presidential address 8:00-8:17, Jimmy Kimmel 8:17-8:34 (edited, not joined in progress), live NBA pregame show 8:34-9:00. All times Eastern, of course.
