...and then the speech went to 19 after (based on it being 4 minutes into my recording of "Hell's Kitchen" when Shep Smith signed off), thus rendering all of these carefully made plans and schedule updates slightly moot. Good thing I padded my DVR recording by another 10 minutes.
Our president is many things, but "able to deliver a 15-minute speech in 15 minutes or less" is not one of them.
