However, according to the guys at TVbythe Numbers, the only scripted program that did worse (adjusted for night and time slot) than L&O for NBC this season was Friday Night Lights. L&O did a little better when it moved to Monday, but even then only did better than FNL, Mercy, and Trauma (see http://tvbythenumbers.com/category/renewcancel-index/renewcancel-nbc-shows). -- TV or Not TV ....
