Colin Baker got the boot the quickest, so that probably makes him least popular with the BBC. I'm not sure about the public, especially in retrospect. I tried watching an episode with the first doctor. It was badly overacted by the cast but the doctor was such a boring prick I don't know how the series ever made it through with him. And talk about low budget. A supposed wall made of rock shakes when a door gets closed. Yeesh. I also watched a bit of the third doctor. Still too low budget to enjoy but he has his moments. The camera work seemed to be taking off New Wave Cinema at one point. -- TV or Not TV .... The Smartest (TV) People!
