Levine, bless him, is a quintessential blogger: Post first, look things up ... never*. As his commenters pointed out, the "New Coke" theme was met with such opprobrium that CBS went back and rerecorded the original version (more or less), with many of the original musicians. (Or was that the plan all along?) *Yesterday, he offered advice to writers, and as per usual, he had spelling mistakes. Seems paradoxical. His résumé speaks for itself.
