I will plead guilty to not having seen the Blam! story/clip before I posted. Having seen the clip, I see the biggest problem being horrible execution of the idea. I can't get into Walt's head (too cold in there), but I'd still say that he'd prefer to see Disney making new cartoon shorts. If they couldn't do that, they should keep the old ones alive. While I'd prefer that to be a dedicated YouTube channel with all the shorts included, Blam! is what the executives at Disney came up with. It probably won't die the quick death of the Lunatix since it's cheap to make and doesn't really present the characters in a new way. It's worth a new thread to figure out where the character of the obnoxious voiceover character comes from. I've been watching Mythbusters on Netflix streaming every day and the narrator almost drove me to give it up after a couple of episodes. My guess for an origin is sports blooper films which became really big on VHS in the '80s. Tom -- TV or Not TV .... The Smartest (TV) People!
