Disney, who also hosted the segments, repurposed old theatrical cartoons for the TV format through edits and such when "Disneyland" and "Wonderful World of Color" first aired. But I doubt that he would have gone for the jive-ass voiceover, revised character voices on preexisting dialogue tracks, and generally ham-fisted deconstruction that mark "Blam!" (For the record, I nearly wept with laughter at the "Blam!: Up" parody. Fiendish!).
