I was more disturbed by the joke on Community of an old guy being sexually attracted to a 19 year old girl (but then, I am the father of two young women). I don't know about the deeper meanings, but I did like Kenneth showing up at the Ed. I think that was just more of the 30 Rock folks dumping on Leno.
