Ivi, the new web service that streams online for a fee New York and
Seattle broadcast channels (and plans to add by the end of the year
LA, Chicago and San Francisco) has been sued for copyright
infringement by (among others) the Big 4, PBS, Cox Broadcasting,
Tribune Broadcasting and the Office of the Commissioner of Major
League Baseball (which means supposedly that they did retransmit the
pictures, descriptions and accounts of the games without the express
written consent of Major League Baseball):
