Well over 90% of my TV watching is in bed, where it runs as background noise that I sleep to. So yes, I could live without it...just place a radio in the room instead. I discontinued my Netflix account in June, primarily with all the remodeling I was (am) doing to my house, I couldn't even see my living room TV for 2 months. This summer i also greatly restricted television and computer time from my kids. the change has been amazing, and I truly do see getting rid of my satellite Tv entirely as soon as next summer. Too many things to do besides sitting on my fat ass everyday (said ass is 80 pounds lighter this year).
