One of the things I have to keep up on in my job is how corporations
use social media, and I can tell you for a fact that the vast majority
of them are *terrified* of Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc. These are
the people who still think Twitter is the place where you tell
everyone what you had for breakfast. So as much as it's easy to take
that shot, I have to at least give him credit for being willing to go
into the conversation.

Now what he pick up from it is another conversation entirely.
