The article on Gizmodo estimated it was about 20% availablility.

When Netflix first started streaming for me (I have a Playstation 3), I got
the disc and tried it a few times. I found it more of a novelty than
anything else--not to sound overly lazy, but since I use my PS3 primarily
for playing DVD's and Blu-rays, having to eject the disc that was in there,
put it away, dig out the Netflix disc, put it in and run the program was
more of a hassle than I was interested in. Ever since they changed it so
the application is stored on the hard drive instead of their disc, I've
found myself watching more and more streaming. It's nice to be able to just
flip through the titles and watch something that catches your eye instead of
sticking it in a queue and waiting for the disc.

BTW, one thing that has apparently started showing up on streaming: old
seasons of "Saturday Night Live". As of now, it looks like seasons 1
through 12 are available. The upside: they're available. The downside: the
musical guests and anything with music has been chopped out, leaving some
episodes under 30 minutes in length. And one odd inclusion: if you've never
heard Charles Rocket drop the f-bomb at the end of the Charlene Tilton
episode from the abysmal season 6, now's your chance.
