I know that folks with Cablevision in North Jersey can, not sure about Comcast. Likewise with all the systems in the mid-eastern counties in PA. Cablevision famously got in trouble with the Feds years ago for forcing customers to 'pyramid' tiers of other channels just to get to the movie services. I think he's thinking of being able to have it without even basic channels, which is okay if you don't mind your HBO being interrupted in the event of a weather emergency or Amber Alert. -- BOB -- TV or Not TV ....
