There's always the "Mock the Week" approach. Use the same joke more
than once and hope nobody who watches your stand-up act and/or listens
to the other show you do that parodies the week's events notices that
you're repeating yourself. (Or, for one particular panelist, hope that
nobody remembers that you did the exact same bit three or four series
ago.)
