I have to say, Sheen's verbal retort to the heckler was right. He has their money. Sheen is still winning.
In my opinion, none of those who bought tickets have a right to a refund. They helped to enable the behavior of a jackass, and they deserve the crappy show they -- no doubt -- got. Looking forward to the videos on YouTube, though. I have to say that Sheen has been a goldmine for me as a teacher at a school of budding Hollywood types. When I lecture about social media, online marketing, and personal brand strategies, he is a shining example of why these things need to be taught in the industry (and, frankly, in high schools). Sadly, he is not necessarily an example of what not to do -- not until it comes to the part of the lecture when I discuss consequences and retribution.
