Carson the Tool must be pinching himself that he's on the show that had the highest-rated premiere since "Undercover Boss"' after-Super Bowl premiere last year and the number one in the money demos for the night (ABC won total households with the extended edition of older- skewing "Dancing")--can it keep going, especially once we're in more familiar talent show territory than blind auditions and huge swiveling chairs flashing "I WANT YOU":
